Submitting a Delivery Request
If you win a prize, the next thing you should do is submit a delivery request. To do so, just go to My Page on the menu then tap Deliver Prize.
There are two ways you can submit a delivery request: with and without a free delivery ticket.
- With a free delivery ticket
The game gives you a free delivery ticket each week on Monday. You can use this ticket to cover the shipping price.
Yes, you can have your prize delivered to your door free of charge.
Keep in mind that you can only have one delivery ticket at a time and it won’t be carried over the next week. If you win a prize and have a ticket, don’t hesitate to use it.
Note: make sure to enter the correct shipping information to avoid any issues during delivery.
- Without a free delivery ticket
If you don’t have a free delivery ticket, the delivery will cost 2,000 SP.
About Prize Shipping
It takes about a week to ship the prize. It might take longer for the prize to reach you due to congestion in the delivery process.
Storage Period
Every prize has a storage period of 15 days. This is the time limit during which you can request redelivery for the prize.
If the period expires, you lose all your rights to your prize.
So be sure to submit a delivery request for your prize before its storage period expires.
Redelivery
If the prize is returned to Sega due to an invalid or absent address, it will be stored until its storage period expires.
If this happens, you can request redelivery which costs 2,000 SP.
